Besides her qualifications, Mirtha has extensive corporate generalist experience in the manufacturing and service sectors and specialisation in all areas linked to employee relations such as employment law compliance, outsourcing, due diligence, trade union negotiations, large redundancy consultation exercises, conflict management and dispute resolution.
